Yangzhou University is a high level research-oriented institution with a national priority in Western China’s development. The Southwest Petroleum University (SWPU) scholarship is available to students from countries alongst to the “The Belt and Road” region , as well as students from countries along the 21 Century Maritime Silk Road.
